Worldchefs

 Website Redesign & Development

A web project for Worldchefs (World Association of Chefs’ Societies), the global voice of culinary professionals — founded in 1928 at the Sorbonne in Paris, and today representing 110 national chef associations and hundreds of thousands of chefs worldwide.

The engagement centers on the redesign of worldchefs.org and its implementation, extending across the organization’s other websites as well. The work includes both evolving existing sections and designing and building entirely new pages, keeping a consistent visual language across a large, content-rich ecosystem that serves a global audience — from membership and certification programs to events, education, and humanitarian initiatives.

The platform runs on WordPress with Elementor, but the project goes well beyond page building: it involves backend customizations built with Laravel, front-end development across JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Angular, and custom plugin development — a full-stack scope that integrates modern application code into the WordPress ecosystem to meet the organization’s specific functional needs.

We also provide updates and maintenance for the platform.
